When you decide to buy at Woodland Village, your first step is to ask us to prepare our Home Reservation form for your review and signature. |

will pay a $500 deposit,
which is non-refundable.
We will give you a copy of
our contract to review for
a few days before you sign
it with a deposit increase
to $1,000. If you already own a home, that must be sold before you can buy at Woodland Village; please request a copy of our Contingent Sale Policy. |

Due to the popularity of certain options, homes already under construction at the time you reserve may include extra cost options that must be added to the purchase price. |

Due to concerns about your safety, you must check in with the sales office before viewing our homes under construction. On weekends and after 3:30pm on weekdays, we are happy to give you a key. |

We must ask your help to prevent injuries on our job site. You may want to take your children through their future home. Unfortunately, construction sites are extremely dangerous, and we cannot allow children to be near or inside a home
under construction unless carefully supervised. |
